Some people would argue that living is the same as existing but to me living and existing are two different things. A person who exists is just a person who has no vision or mission in life but a living person is a person full of life , a person who knows what she wants, who has dreams for the future.
It's just a pity i never felt like I exist because i always felt like I am living in this world because i gave out so much love and got even more in return. I did all the things that a person in my age should have done, i cried, i laughed, I was depressed and happy too. I never felt like my life had no purpose because i was always surrounded by friends and family who cared so much, people whom i knew i had so much meaning in their lives and people who always wanted what's best for me. I sometimes did mistakes, I've hurt them and hated them when they interfered but those people never gave up because they knew that I was just living my life just like any other young girl.
Today I am happy that I am still living, I haven't achieve all my dreams but I know that I will be recognised and rewarded. I know that I wont be only making a difference in my life but to other people as well and to me that is living not just existing without any purpose and direction in life.

trying a cliche
Trying out a cliche is not a bad idea at all, because it teaches you didn't know about yourself. The best cliche I always try out is "When you have lemons, make lemonade" this cliche encourages you to have a positive attitude even when things are going bad.
There are many cliches that can bring positive attitude in life so I think people should not be afraid to try out cliches because at the end of the day its just a cliche, you wont lose anything by trying out just one.

feelings follow behavior
Don't u notice every time you get hungry you always get up and make yourself something to eat and every time you need to relieve yourself you go to the bathroom? these things start with a feeling inside and then you take action because a feeling always follow behavior.
When you feel something inside whether you feeling happy, whether you are feeling hurt or frustrated you always do something to take out your frustrations or show your feelings. some people react in certain behavior on certain situation because feelings forces you to take action. Some people might not show how they feel immediately but some where somehow you notice that their behavior is changing and this is caused by feelings.
No matter how people are good at hiding feelings but their behavior will show how they feel inside because feelings are shown by the way we behave

Life is unfair!!!!
Yesterday I received a very disturbing phone from my cousin, I was so shocked when she told me about the death of a person so close and dear to my heart. she was a friend, a sister and a person i knew very well and all I can say at that moment is "why, how".
I felt no emotions, I just lay there on my bed and thought how much I hated life. seems like every year I loose someone so close to my heart,it felt like yesterday when I lost both my grannies, my 2 aunts, 3 my cousins oh my God the list is is endless and now its her, she was a very dear friend. It was two weeks ago when i last saw her and she was bubbly as ever, talkative and busy as always. sometimes I even ignored her because I knew she could spend hours talking but that was her way of being friendly and loving and now i regret those moments. I wish I'd have listened if i knew she was talking to me for the last time.
As I lay there i went to look at her pictures on face book and her last status was about the wonderful weekend she had, only if she knew it was the last one. I kept staring at them and even now I am still shocked. Dearest friend Noxolo Sethosa better known as Noxy. MAY YOUR BEAUTIFUL SOUL REST IN PEACE.

Will this country ever change?
People may argue this and deny that there is still racism in our country and our government may hide this and promote South Africa as a democratic country which promotes unity but the fact is we are different and still suffer from discrimination.
It is so sad to read on the media how people comment ands use harsh words to describe other races in this country. SA is perceived as this perfect country who was saved from apartheid, a country with 11 official languages and a country that is ruled by a black president. A country with different races living together happily ever after but to be honest there is no peace and unity in this country. Blacks still refer to themselves as blacks and whites still refer to themselves as white people and each race lives on their own little world. We still use harsh words to describe each other and we still discriminate each other from one another.
Our standard of living is still different, white people live in their own suburbs, black people live in shacks in dodgy communities and coloured people also live in their own community. when a black person leaves in white communities then the officials will question that. I don't think this country will ever change even though black people are given opportunities but we are so used with our poor standard it is hard to keep up and we are so used to be second best because we are never offered a high standard of living, I guess it is not for us and we are happy with this life i don't know why our government is trying so hard.

It is better to practice a little than talk a lot
There is a saying that action speaks louder than words and talk is cheap because what is the use of saying something when there is nothing that can be done about it. It is sometimes better to make action than talk a lot because action produce results.
Our government is known as one of the people who talk a lot and practice a little, because when they manifesto. they promise us houses, free education and promise a lot to the poor and the homeless but at the end of the day nothing productive comes out of it. I think it is best for people to keep quiet and do something than say something before they do it. Talk is cheap because it is so easy to say and plan something but the most difficult part is to put a plan into action.
A person may promise you the world and all it contains but the most important part, can that person actually give you all those things? I think it is better to believe a person who talks less and practice more because action speaks louder than words.

Wedding cake-in-the-middle-of-the road
A wedding is a very happy and special ceremony between two people who are willing and ready to share their lives together and it is believed that in a wedding there should be a wedding cake because its a symbol of a perfect and a healthy marriage. So what if the wedding cake ends up in the middle of the road?
it was a busy saturday morning in Knysna and everyone who is everyone was gettinng ready preparing for Thandi and Nathi's wedding. The couple were dating for only two years when Nathi suddenly asked for Thandi's hand in marriage, it was the happiest day in Thandi's life and became a night mare when her parents refused to give them their blessings. "You hardly know anything about this man Thandi" her mother had said, but all her dauughter said was that she and Nathi loved each other and that is all that matters. "i will marry him mama with or without your blessings" those were Thandi's last words to her mother.
during the wedding preparation, nothing went right. everytime she went for her dress fittings her designer told her she had gained weight and had to start all over again. the caterers cancelled on the last minute but Thandi did not give up she continued and her best friend told her "Thandi you really need your parent's blessing for you marriage to be a success" but Thandi couldn't care less. on her wedding day when Nathi was transporting the cake to the hall, the cake suddenly fell in the middle of the road and thandi burst into tears. Thandi's family and friends said to Thandi, this was a sign that she could not get married without her parents blessings. thandi also thought to herself how can i marry Nathi when our wedding cake is in the middle of the road, where will our marriage end up?......
Everyone was waiting in the altar, wondering whether Thandi will show up or not with her wedding the cake still lying in the middle of the road.
