If i were the boss

Being a boss is not as fun and easy as it seems, being a boss means being a leader, a controller, a decision maker and believe me it is the hardest task ever.

Imagine if i could be the boss, it means that i have to act fast, think fast and be able to lead by example. As a young learning Public relations officer i was taught most of these things, i was taught how to communicate and solve a crisis so i think i could be the perfect boss. If i were the boss i would make sure that i get respect from my staff and respect cannot be bought or forced but it is earned. I will make sure that my employees look up to me and see me as the perfect example. I dont have to force them to like me but i will surely go out of my way to please them, by doing this i would expect them to go out of their way to please to please me as well.

My employees will not only know me as the perfect, sweet and caring boss but as a boss who who knows where to draw the line.I will only be kind to my staff if they are also kind to me. I would make sure that I create a peaceful working environment for my staff but that doesn't mean that I would be a "walk over". I do not expect my mployees to give me special treatment, I would interact with them but that does not mean I would socialise with them. In the work place I prefer proffesioanalism, whether I become friends with my employees but they should always know that I am the boss and therefore i should be treated with dignity and respect. If i were the boss I would make sure that my employees work harder and motivate them into going the extra-mile and not only do a job because they have to but to do it with love and passion.

If i were the boss I think I would surely be the perfect boss who always sets up her goals and objectives. A boss who motivates and drives employees to become the best and produce the best.
