This is one of the few quotes I fail to understand; to me an idea
is something that you only think about, something that is only on your mind so
how dangerous can it be?

Whether you have one or two ideas as long as you idea is not
put into motion then I don’t see any danger. An idea can be dangerous only when
it is put into action without a backup plan and fails then it becomes dangerous.
