Leadership is a process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective. leadership requires various set of skills but before becoming a good leader a person needs to have an honest understanding of who you are, what you know, and what you can do.

Most people believe that a person is born with good leadership skills and it comes naturally but i believe that good leaders are made not born. If you have the desire and willpower, you can become an effective leader. a good leader should have the following set of skills in order to become an effective leader:
